Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for hosting a Tables That Serve fundraiser at Rossoblu, non-profits must meet the following criteria:

1. Registered 501(c)(3), 501(c)(6) Status, or Fiscally Sponsored Non-Profit:

• Must provide a valid EIN and proof of non-profit status.

• Fiscally sponsored organizations must present proof of fiscal sponsorship agreement and EIN of the sponsoring entity.

2. Mission Alignment:

• Preference will be given to organizations focused on:

• Restaurant Industry Support (e.g., workforce development, industry relief funds, culinary training programs, mental health for hospitality workers)

• Community Development

• Social Justice

• Education

• Food Justice and Access
  

3. Event Timing:

• Events must be scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays or Lunch.

4. Food & Beverage Services:

• Rossoblu is the preferred vendor for all food and beverage needs.

• External catering is not permitted; however, we can recommend a trusted partner for those looking for a different cuisine or budget, Taste of LA Catering.

5. Attendance Requirements:

• Minimum of 30 guests and a maximum of 150 guests to ensure space is adequately utilized.

6. Fundraising Focus:

• Must demonstrate how event proceeds will support community initiatives or projects.
  Rossoblu’s Tables That Serve employee board will review and approve all fundraisers.
